Here’s how we handle information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you contact Workhorse, we receive the contact information, company details, and message you choose to share. Our hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use inquiries to respond, discuss potential work, and keep a record of those conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.
Where it goes
The website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. Inquiries are stored through Netlify and may be delivered to Workhorse’s email inbox. Our email provider processes those messages. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiries as needed to manage the conversation and related business records. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing contact@workhorsecorp.com. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons.
Other services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request information. Links to LinkedIn and A Good Return take you to services with their own privacy practices. This version of the site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
